Away from noise, in the heart of the mountains. Our apartment house is located in the national park commune Flattach in Mölltal, in close vicinity to the Mölltaler Glacier. In the middle of the Mölltaler mountains our house offers you:

• Rest and relaxation
  You can relax with a beautiful view on the mountains off the beaten track. Nevertheless the centre is just a few minutes away.
• Activity holiday in winter
  In winter our apartements are the right choice for a skiing holiday. It offers you immediate vicinity to the snow guaranteed ski area Mölltaler Glacier and a good accessibility of more ski areas. Our house is also a great place for a lot of other winter activities.
• Activity holiday in summer
  In summer you can enjoy a beautiful trekking holiday. We are also perfectly located for water sports. The "Carinthian Card" provides discounts for more than 100 tourist attractions in Carinthia.

Enjoy the nature - inside & outside

A building with a long history. Our apartment house was fully refurbished in 2017. It was originally build in the 19th century. We bought the historic house in 2016. We finished the full renovation after 2 years in 2018.

The apartements radiate repose and energy. We used high quality and natural materials to feel the nature outside and inside. The massive walls create a special and unique atmosphere.

  The artless stone has a unique surface and colouring.
• domestic wood
  The use of wood waste gives the house a particular character. Massive elements combined with delicate ones show tender implementation. Windows and doors made of larch wood round of the the whole concept.
• lime plaster
  The lime plaster creates a natural indoor climate.
• historic elements
  The big stonewalls point out the age of the building. We tried to keep things natural. Therefore we made sure that the wall behind the bed in the Edelweiß apartment and the big stone in the bedroom of the Almrausch apartment are visible.
